We can accept the refund with the below conditions.
- Product Demaged in delivery when arriving.
- Product Wrong Sending to wrong address
- Product with Faulty Functionality
- Product sending with wrong option
We will request to have the video/photo to show the problem when we need to
approve the refund. No refund can be accepted without the required proof.
We can not accept the below conditions
- Customer complaint the product is not as expected. Dropshipper will have the verify the product before putting on site for selling.
- Customer do not like the product and wanna return for refund. As we are
dropshipping company from china, return is not a option now. Wefullfill will not accept “do not like the product”
- Slightly demaged Packing. International air post may lead some slightly
demaged of the packing box.Wefullfill can not gurantee 100% perfect packing condition in the long way of international transit. Any broken in product can apply for refund.
- Order is late less than 10 working days after the delivery time frame in the
recent covid time.
Any approved refund request will be sorted within 24 hours with a email notice
